To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:

• Cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled excursion
• The excursion has not been affected by weather conditions beyond our control
• You provide valid reasons for cancellation

We will process your refund no later than 7 days from the cancellation date. We will use the same payment method you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
